Hey there! I'm Amy Rachiele, and I write mob romance that'll make your heart race and your palms sweat. (And not just because there might be a gun pointed at someone's head.)

Growing up in Rhode Island, I was always fascinated by the whispered stories of organized crime that seemed to float through our tight-knit Italian-American communities. Those tales of loyalty, family bonds, and the dangerous dance between right and wrong stuck with me. Little did I know they'd eventually inspire me to write stories that explore the darker side of love.

I started writing later in life than some authors (because apparently, I needed to collect enough life experience to properly torture my characters). After years of working in education and raising my family, I finally decided to put these dangerous love stories onto paper. The mob world had been living rent-free in my head for too long, and it was time to evict it onto the page.

My Mobster Series kicked off with "Mobster's Angel," which follows Vito's journey through the treacherous world he was born into. I love writing characters who are forced to navigate impossible choices between loyalty to family and the pull of their hearts. (And yes, sometimes those choices involve bullets. Sorry not sorry.) The series explores what happens when good people are born into bad situations, and how love can bloom in even the darkest corners of society.

Here's the thing about my books - they're not your typical romance novels where the biggest conflict is a misunderstanding that could be solved with a simple conversation. My characters deal with real danger, complex family ties, and moral dilemmas that would give your average romance hero a panic attack. But that's what makes the love stories so much more intense, right?

When I'm not writing about dangerous men and the women who love them, I'm probably cooking up a storm (because you can't write about Italian families without knowing your way around a kitchen), spending time with my own family, or researching various aspects of organized crime. (My internet search history is... interesting, to say the least. I'm probably on several watch lists by now.)

I believe in writing stories that feel authentic to the world they're set in. That means my characters aren't always perfect - they make mistakes, they have flaws, and sometimes they do things that might make you want to throw your e-reader across the room. But they're real. They're human. And their love stories are as complex and messy as the lives they lead.
