Hey there, dark romance lovers! I'm Bailey B, and I write the kind of stories that make your mama clutch her pearls and your book club raise their eyebrows. (Don't worry – those are exactly the reactions we're going for.)

Let me tell you, my journey into writing wasn't exactly conventional. I spent years devouring romance novels under my covers with a flashlight, always drawn to the darker, grittier stories that most people shy away from. You know the ones – where the line between good and evil gets deliciously blurry, and the chemistry between characters is so intense it practically scorches the pages.

But here's the thing: I kept looking for books that pushed even further, that weren't afraid to explore the shadows where love and darkness dance together. When I couldn't find enough of them, I decided to write them myself. (Classic case of "fine, I'll do it myself" energy, am I right?)

My debut novel "Beautifully Broken" follows Piper, a woman who's intimately familiar with death's shadow. It's not your typical romance – it's raw, it's intense, and it definitely doesn't fit into any neat little boxes. The response from readers absolutely floored me. Turns out I wasn't the only one craving stories that venture into the darker corners of love and redemption.

Then came "Secrets of Starlight and Shadows," which let me explore an entirely different kind of darkness – one filled with cosmic mysteries and soul-deep connections. Because sometimes the scariest monsters aren't the ones that go bump in the night, but the ones wearing human faces and carrying human hearts.

What can you expect from my books? Well, buckle up, buttercup, because you're in for a wild ride. I write: - Characters who are beautifully flawed and unapologetically complex - Love stories that aren't always pretty but are always powerful - Plots that'll keep you up way past your bedtime (sorry not sorry) - Emotional depth that'll make you question everything you thought you knew about right and wrong

When I'm not writing (which isn't often – these characters are LOUD and demanding), you can find me binge-watching true crime documentaries, collecting vintage typewriters (yes, I'm that kind of nerd), and trying to convince my cat that my laptop keyboard is not, in fact, her personal heated bed.

Here's the real tea: I write these stories because they're the ones that live in my soul. They're messy and complicated and sometimes uncomfortable – just like real life, just like real love. I don't believe in watering down emotions or sanitizing the darkness. My characters fight, they bleed, they make terrible choices, and sometimes they find redemption in the most unexpected places.
