I'm Elisabeth Naughton, and I've been weaving dark and dangerous love stories ever since I left my "sensible" career as a middle school teacher to pursue this crazy dream of becoming an author. Best decision I ever made, even if my former colleagues probably think I've lost my mind. Trading lesson plans for plot twists and parent conferences for passionate scenes? Sign me up!

My stories tend to live in that delicious gray area between light and shadow. Think ancient Greek mythology meets modern romantic suspense, with healthy doses of steam and supernatural elements thrown in for good measure. I love nothing more than taking classic tales and turning them completely on their heads. (My poor characters never know what's about to hit them.)

After cutting my teeth on romantic suspense, I fell head-over-heels in love with paranormal romance. My Eternal Guardians series reimagines Greek mythology in ways Homer definitely never intended. Sorry not sorry, classical scholars! These aren't your standard mythology retellings – they're packed with alpha heroes who'd give Zeus himself a run for his money, strong heroines who don't take anyone's BS, and enough heat to make Mount Olympus erupt.

When I'm not torturing my characters (lovingly, I swear), you can find me in the Pacific Northwest, probably mainlining coffee while plotting my next series. I'm a firm believer that the best stories come from asking "what if?" and then taking that answer to the darkest possible place. My poor family has learned to ignore my maniacal laughter coming from my office.
