Hey there! I'm Fahd Alvina, and I write dark romance that explores the razor-thin line between passionate love and dangerous obsession. (Yes, my therapist has some thoughts about this. No, I don't always listen.)

Growing up in a family of musicians and business moguls, I was supposed to follow the "sensible" path - you know, the one that doesn't involve writing steamy scenes at 3 AM while mainlining coffee. But stories were always my escape, especially the ones that dug into the messy, complicated parts of love that polite society pretends don't exist.

When I started writing "The Irresistible Obsession," I knew I was tackling something intense. Fresho and Lara's story isn't your typical billionaire-meets-college-girl romance (though yes, he's stupidly wealthy and yes, she's in college - I'm not completely breaking the mold here). But I wanted to write about that all-consuming love that borders on madness - the kind that makes you question everything you thought you knew about yourself.

Let's be real: Obsessive Love Disorder isn't something romance usually touches with a ten-foot pole. But I believe there's power in exploring the darker sides of love, the parts that make us uncomfortable but fascinated. My characters aren't perfect - they're messy, complicated, and sometimes make terrible decisions. (Kind of like me when I'm deadline shopping at midnight, but that's another story.)

In my books, you'll find: - CEOs who definitely need therapy - Heroines who aren't here to fix anybody - Steamy scenes that'll make your Kindle smoke - Complex relationships that'll keep you up at night - And enough emotional angst to fill an entire playlist (which, by the way, I make for every book)

When I'm not writing, you can find me obsessing over my own Spotify playlists (every character gets one, I don't make the rules), attempting to learn new instruments (current count: 3 successful, 2 abandoned in shame), or convincing my cat that my keyboard is not, in fact, his personal bed.

I believe romance should push boundaries while still delivering that emotional punch we all crave. My stories aren't always comfortable, but they're always honest. And sometimes the most beautiful love stories come from the darkest places.

To my readers: thank you for trusting me with these complex, often controversial stories. Your messages about staying up until 4 AM to finish a book (sorry not sorry) or debating character choices in Facebook groups make all those late-night writing sessions worth it.

Fair warning: if you're looking for sweet, uncomplicated romance, I'm probably not your guy. But if you want stories that explore the full spectrum of love - the beautiful and the broken, the sweet and the obsessive - pull up a chair. We're going to have fun. (Just maybe keep the lights on.)
