Hey there! *waves awkwardly* I'm Fanny Adams, and I write dark romance that explores the shadowy places where love and violence collide. You know, the kind of stories that make your mom raise an eyebrow and your book club friends whisper "Is she... okay?"

(Spoiler alert: I'm totally fine. I just have an overactive imagination and a slightly concerning fascination with morally gray characters.)

My journey into writing wasn't exactly conventional. I spent years devouring every dark romance I could get my hands on, staying up way too late reading "just one more chapter" of stories about dangerous men and the women who dare to love them. But something was always missing – the specific flavor of darkness I craved. So I did what any reasonable person would do: I started writing it myself.

When "Les Écorchés: Ruine" burst onto the scene in 2017, I honestly didn't know if anyone would connect with my particular brand of twisted romance. But turns out, I'm not the only one who likes their love stories with a hefty side of danger and moral ambiguity! The response completely blew me away (and maybe scared me a little – in a good way).

My writing style? Think Gothic romance meets modern mafia, with a dash of psychological thriller thrown in for good measure. I love exploring the raw, visceral aspects of human nature – the parts we usually keep hidden. My characters aren't your typical romance novel leads. They're scarred, complicated, and sometimes downright terrifying. But there's always that thread of humanity, that spark of redemption that makes you root for them despite your better judgment.

In "Les Écorchés," I threw poor Kisa into the dangerous world of the Russian mafia, because apparently I like to torture my characters (and my readers) with intense emotional situations and morally complicated choices. The series explores themes of survival, redemption, and the kind of love that burns so hot it might just destroy everything in its path.

When I'm not writing about dangerous men and the women who bring them to their knees, you can usually find me: - Binge-watching true crime documentaries (for research, obviously) - Drinking way too much coffee (my blood type is basically espresso at this point) - Taking long walks while plotting ways to emotionally devastate my characters - Trying to convince my cat that my laptop keyboard is not, in fact, the most comfortable spot in the house

My writing philosophy is pretty simple: I believe the darkest stories deserve the brightest lights of hope. Yes, my books go to some pretty intense places, but there's always a purpose to the pain. I'm not interested in darkness for darkness's sake – I want to explore how people find their way back to the light.

What can you expect from my books? - Complex characters who definitely need therapy - Intense emotional situations that'll keep you up at night - Steamy scenes that'll make you fan yourself - Plot twists that'll give you whiplash - And yes, always a satisfying ending (I'm dark, not cruel!)
