Let me tell you a secret - I never meant to become a romance author. For years, I worked in corporate finance, crunching numbers and dreaming up twisted love stories in the margins of my spreadsheets. Writing was my escape from the soul-crushing fluorescent lights and endless quarterly reports. I'd come home, make a massive cup of tea (or pour a glass of wine, let's be real), and lose myself in these damaged characters who kept showing up in my head, demanding their stories be told. They weren't your typical romance novel leads - they were complicated, sometimes morally grey, often carrying the kind of emotional baggage that would make a therapist need therapy.

When I finally worked up the courage to publish 'Sinful Deception' in 2025, I was terrified. Would anyone else understand these characters who'd been living in my head? Would readers connect with a romance that wasn't afraid to wade into the darker waters of human nature? Turns out, I wasn't alone in craving stories that explore the beautiful mess of damaged people finding love.

My writing style? Think gothic romance meets psychological thriller, with a healthy dose of emotional trauma and healing thrown in. I write about walls we build to protect ourselves, and the rare people who are worth tearing them down for. My characters often use sharp words and sharper wit as armor, but underneath? They're yearning for connection just like the rest of us.

(Fair warning: If you're looking for light and fluffy romance, I'm probably not your girl. My books come with trigger warnings for a reason. I believe in happy endings, but my characters have to crawl through some dark places to earn them.)

When I'm not writing, you can find me wandering through old bookstores, collecting vintage teacups (I have way too many - it's becoming a problem), and spoiling my rescue cat, Noir.
