I never set out to write romance, actually. Life had other plans (doesn't it always?). I spent years working in corporate America, drowning in spreadsheets and pretending to care about quarterly projections. But there were these stories that kept rattling around in my head – stories about fierce wolves, fated mates, and the kind of love that breaks all the rules. Eventually, those characters got so loud I had to let them out.

When I finally took the plunge into writing full-time (after maybe one too many glasses of wine and a "life's too short" epiphany), I knew I wanted to write the kind of paranormal romance that I always craved but struggled to find. You know the type – where the darkness isn't just for show, the emotional stakes are sky-high, and the steam level might make you fan yourself in public. (Pro tip: maybe don't read my spicier scenes on your lunch break. Learn from my readers' mistakes!)

My debut novel "Wicked Fate" is really my love letter to all the broken souls out there who think Fate screwed them over. I mean, what happens when the universe's grand plan goes completely sideways? When you're publicly rejected by your supposed "fated mate" and left to pick up the pieces? That's where my girl finds herself – until she meets Ryker, the kind of possessive alpha wolf who makes no apologies for what he wants. And what he wants is her. (Let's just say he's not exactly the hearts-and-flowers type.)

I write about the messy parts of love – the jealousy, the possession, the primal need that comes with finding your true mate. My wolves don't do subtle. They're protective to the point of obsession, dominant to their core, and absolutely unapologetic about marking what's theirs. Fair warning: if dubious consent, possessive behavior, or morally grey characters make you uncomfortable, my books probably aren't for you. And that's totally okay!

When I'm not writing (or procrastinating on social media – hey, we're all human), you can usually find me binge-watching true crime documentaries, spoiling my rescue dogs rotten, or trying to convince my husband that we definitely need more bookshelves. (Spoiler alert: we always need more bookshelves.)

I believe romance should be a wild ride that leaves you breathless, maybe a little shocked, but ultimately satisfied down to your soul. My characters aren't perfect – they're scarred, sometimes broken, often stubborn as hell – but that's what makes their love stories worth telling. There's something beautiful about watching two damaged people find their way to each other, even if the path there is lined with thorns.

I know there are about a million paranormal romances out there, and the fact that you choose to spend time in my dark, wolfy world means everything.
