Hey there! I'm K.M. Keller, and I write dark romance that will probably make your grandmother clutch her pearls. (Sorry, Nana!)

I've always been drawn to the shadows, those stories that make you question whether you should be rooting for the monsters. Growing up in a small town where everyone knew everyone's business, I escaped into books that dared to explore the darker side of human nature. Little did I know I'd end up writing them myself!

My journey into writing wasn't exactly straightforward. I spent years working in corporate finance (snooze, right?), crunching numbers by day and scribbling twisted love stories by night. But those midnight writing sessions kept getting longer, and the characters in my head wouldn't shut up until I gave them life on the page. Finally, in 2023, I said "screw it" and dove headfirst into full-time writing.

My debut novel, "A Walk Among the Wolves," introduces readers to Frida Ivarsdottir, a woman who thought she knew her destiny until fate (and a pack of dangerous men) had other plans. It's a story steeped in Norse mythology with a heavy dose of "what the hell did I just read?" That's kind of my brand, actually – taking familiar elements and twisting them into something darker, sexier, and definitely not suitable for book club with your mom.

When it comes to my writing style, I don't believe in pulling punches. My characters are complex, often morally gray (okay, sometimes straight-up dark), and they don't apologize for who they are. You won't find any perfectly polished heroes here – my wolves have sharp teeth, and they're not afraid to bite. But that's what makes the love stories so intense, right? When redemption comes at a cost and happiness has to be fought for with blood and sacrifice.

I write the kind of books that keep you up until 3 AM, kindle glowing under the covers, telling yourself "just one more chapter" (we both know that's a lie). My stories feature: - Dominant, possessive anti-heroes who'll ruin you for normal men - Fierce heroines who give as good as they get - Plots that'll make you gasp (and maybe fan yourself a little) - Steam levels that'll fog up your reading glasses - Twists that'll have you messaging me at midnight with "HOW COULD YOU?!"

When I'm not writing, you can find me hiking in the Pacific Northwest (where else would a wolf-obsessed author live?), collecting vintage tarot cards, or binge-watching true crime documentaries for "research." My cat, Loki (yes, really), supervises my writing sessions and judges my plot choices. He's a harsh critic.

To my readers: thank you for joining me on this wild ride. Your messages, theories, and occasional death threats when I leave you on cliffhangers make this journey incredible. I promise to keep delivering stories that push boundaries, challenge comfort zones, and maybe make you fall in love with characters you shouldn't.
