I never set out to write the kinds of stories that make some readers clutch their pearls and others devour every deliciously twisted page. But here's the thing about creativity – it has a mind of its own. When I started writing, I thought I'd stick to "safe" territory. You know, the kind of romance your book club wouldn't side-eye you for reading. But my characters had other plans.

The Corrupted Love series, starting with "If You Fight," emerged from my fascination with complex characters who live in the grey areas. These aren't your typical romance heroes and heroines. They're damaged, dangerous, and sometimes downright ruthless. But isn't that more interesting than perfect people who never mess up? (I think we all know the answer to that one.)

My writing style? Raw. Intense. Unflinching. I don't sugar-coat the dark stuff or wrap everything up in a neat little bow. Life's messy, love's messier, and sometimes the most powerful connections form in the most broken places. When you pick up one of my books, expect emotional whiplash, morally ambiguous characters, and the kind of tension that'll have you holding your breath without realizing it.

Look, I get it – dark romance isn't everyone's cup of tea. If you're looking for sweet, wholesome love stories where everyone behaves themselves and follows the rules, I'm probably not your girl. But if you're drawn to stories that explore the complicated, sometimes twisted nature of desire and redemption? Pull up a chair. We're going to get along just fine.

When I'm not writing scenes that would make my mother blush (sorry, Mom!), I'm probably binge-watching true crime documentaries, adding to my embarrassingly large collection of coffee mugs, or plotting my next story while my cat judges me from her perch on my desk. She's my harshest critic, I swear.

Writing these stories isn't just about entertainment for me – though trust me, I want you thoroughly entertained. It's about exploring the parts of human nature we're often told to ignore or suppress. The dangerous attractions. The forbidden desires. The choices that seem wrong but feel so right. I believe there's power in facing these shadows head-on, even if it's just within the safe confines of fiction.

To my readers: you beautiful, twisted souls who get it. Who understand why we're drawn to these dark tales. Who don't judge the fact that sometimes the villains are sexier than the heroes.
