I've always been the weird kid who was a little too obsessed with mythology, astrology, and things that go bump in the night. Growing up in a small Midwest town, I spent most of my time daydreaming about magical schools and forbidden romance while everyone else was... well, doing whatever normal kids do. Spoiler alert: I never quite figured out the "normal" part.

My journey into writing started with fanfiction (don't judge – we've all been there!) and somehow evolved into creating my own twisted worlds where zodiac signs aren't just personality traits – they're dangerous powers that can literally destroy lives. Because why have a simple enemies-to-lovers story when you can add astronomical chaos to the mix?

When I started writing "Zodiac Monsters" in 2023, I honestly thought I was just writing the book I wanted to read. You know, the one where the academy isn't just dark – it's pitch black with a side of "what the hell did I just read?" I wanted to create something that blended the intensity of dark romance with the complexity of zodiac lore, all wrapped up in an academy setting that would make your typical boarding school look like summer camp.

My writing style? Think "what if astrology was actually terrifying?" mixed with "these brothers are definitely going to ruin everything" and a healthy dose of "maybe we shouldn't trust anyone, ever." I love creating characters who are walking red flags but somehow make you wave those flags like you're directing air traffic. The monsters in my books aren't hiding under the bed – they're sitting next to you in class, and they're devastatingly attractive.

Fair warning: I don't do light and fluffy. My stories are like that friend who says "trust me" right before everything goes horrifically wrong – but in the best possible way. When I'm not writing about problematic brothers and dangerous academies, I'm probably reading tarot cards (badly), collecting crystals I definitely don't need more of, or convincing my cat that 3 AM is not an appropriate time for zoomies. (She disagrees. Violently.)
