Let me be upfront - I never set out to be a romance author. Hell, I spent years working security and bouncing at clubs, seeing the ugliest sides of human nature night after night. That's probably where my fascination with power dynamics and the thin line between protection and possession started. Those experiences definitely color my writing now, especially in books like "Uncaged - Das Monster" where I really dig into what makes a man become a beast.

My characters aren't your typical romance leads. They're broken, dangerous, and often morally bankrupt. Take the protagonist in "Teach Me" - he's a disciplinarian at an elite girls' school who's about as far from a swoony teacher as you can get. I won't sugarcoat it - my heroes (if you can call them that) are usually the kind of men you should run from, not toward. But that's what makes the stories interesting, right?

I write in German because that's where my roots are, and honestly, German has a certain harshness that fits my stories perfectly. There's something about the language that captures the brutality and intensity I'm going for. My books aren't for everyone, and I'm fine with that. If you're looking for sweet, gentle romance with perfectly ethical heroes, you're definitely in the wrong place.

When I'm not writing, I'm usually at the gym (you don't stop being a bouncer in your head just because you start writing books), reading true crime (research, I swear), or working on my next twisted plot line. My wife says I spend too much time in dark headspaces, but she knew what she was getting into when she married me.

Whatever it takes to make the story feel real and visceral.
