I've always been fascinated by the shadowy underbelly of society - those dangerous men who live by their own codes and the women strong enough to stand beside them. Growing up devouring everything from true crime to classic literature probably warped my brain a bit, but hey, it gave me the perfect foundation for writing morally gray characters who do very bad things for sometimes good reasons.

When I started writing, I knew I didn't want to sugar-coat the darker aspects of organized crime or try to make my mafia men into misunderstood teddy bears. My heroes are unapologetically ruthless. They're possessive, dangerous, and fiercely protective of what's theirs. And my heroines? They're survivors who give as good as they get. No wilting flowers here!

My debut novel "The Red Queen" introduced readers to Giovanni Savino, an Italian Godfather who rules his empire with an iron fist and ice in his veins. Until he meets his match, that is. I love writing that explosive chemistry when two strong-willed characters clash, especially when there's a healthy dose of enemies-to-lovers tension involved. (Let's be honest - the hate-to-love trope never gets old.)

When I'm not writing about dangerous men and the women who bring them to their knees, you can usually find me researching obscure mafia history or binge-watching true crime documentaries. My browser history would probably get me put on some kind of watch list, but it's all in the name of authenticity! I believe in doing my homework to make sure the criminal underworld elements in my books feel real, even while I'm weaving in all that delicious romantic tension.

I write for readers who like their romance with a heavy dose of darkness. My books feature themes of possession, power dynamics, and the complex morality of loving someone society would call a monster. There's always steam (okay, a lot of steam), but there's also intricate plots, family drama, and the kind of tension that keeps you turning pages way past your bedtime.

Fair warning: my characters don't always make good choices. They're flawed, complicated people operating in a world where traditional morality doesn't apply. But I promise you'll understand why they do what they do, even if you don't always agree with their methods. And yes, there will be a happily ever after - it just might come with a body count.
