I write dark romance that explores power, control, and the shadowy corners of human desire. (And yes, I know that sounds dramatic, but have you met me?)

Born in Athens but raised between Greece and London, I grew up devouring stories that made my strict Greek Orthodox mother cross herself in horror. There's something deliciously compelling about tales that make people uncomfortable, don't you think? Maybe it was all those ancient Greek myths I read as a kid – gods and monsters and mortals tangled up in passion and revenge. Those stories shaped me more than I realized.

I spent years working in finance (boring, I know) while scribbling steamy scenes in notebooks during mind-numbing meetings. My colleagues probably thought I was taking diligent notes about market trends. Little did they know I was plotting deliciously twisted romance scenarios involving powerful men with dangerous appetites.

My debut novel "Aficionado" introduces Pavlos Kasparatos, an engineering prodigy whose carefully constructed world starts crumbling when his darkest desires threaten to destroy everything he's built. It's a story about the price of power, the weight of family expectations, and what happens when you're forced to choose between who you are and who you're supposed to be. (Fair warning: it's not for the faint of heart.)

I write the kind of books that would make my yiayia faint and my old professors question my sanity. My characters aren't nice people – they're complex, morally gray, and often do terrible things in the name of love or power or both. But isn't that more interesting than another squeaky-clean romance? I think we all have a dark side, even if we don't like to admit it.

When I'm not writing scenes that would make Satan blush, you'll find me in my London flat, drinking too much Greek coffee, arguing with my cat Zeus about plot points, and pretending I don't have a deadline looming. I also spend an unhealthy amount of time researching things that probably have me on several government watchlists. (Sorry not sorry, MI5.)

I believe romance doesn't always need to be sweet and safe. Sometimes it needs to be dangerous, raw, and real. My books explore the kind of love that burns and breaks and rebuilds you into something new. They're about power dynamics, forbidden desires, and the price we pay for being true to ourselves.

To my readers: expect morally ambiguous characters, steamy scenes that'll fog up your e-reader, and plots that'll keep you up way past your bedtime. There will be triggers (I always provide warnings), there will be moments that make you gasp, and there will definitely be scenes you'll need to fan yourself after reading.

I'm active on Instagram where I share snippets of my writing process, behind-the-scenes peeks at my research (the non-incriminating parts), and pictures of Zeus judging my life choices. I love connecting with readers who aren't afraid to walk on the darker side of romance with me.

Currently working on my next novel (which may or may not involve a Greek shipping heir with a taste for vengeance), and yes, it's going to be even darker than "Aficionado." You've been warned.
