Born and raised in Kolkata, India, I grew up devouring everything from ancient Sanskrit epics to modern crime thrillers. There's something deliciously intriguing about the intersection of power, passion, and morally gray choices that's always pulled me in. After spending years in corporate finance (trust me, some of those boardroom politics were darker than my novels), I finally gave in to the stories screaming to get out of my head.
