Hey there, dark romance lovers! I'm Sadie Kincaid, and I write the kind of steamy, dangerous love stories that would make your mother clutch her pearls. (Sorry, Mom, but someone's gotta do it!)

I grew up devouring romance novels hidden under my covers with a flashlight, but the sweet, tame ones never quite did it for me. There was always something missing - that delicious edge of danger, the thrill of forbidden attraction, the raw intensity that makes your heart race. So I decided to write the books I wanted to read, featuring complex anti-heroes who blur every moral line and the fierce women who bring them to their knees.

My journey into writing started in the most cliché way possible - I was working a soul-crushing corporate job, spending my lunch breaks scribbling steamy scenes in a notebook and praying my coworkers wouldn't peek over my shoulder. (Trust me, Karen from Accounting did NOT need to read about my mafia don's creative uses for his silk ties.) After my first book, Dark Angel, took off in 2021, I finally got to kiss that cubicle goodbye and dive headfirst into creating the dark and twisted worlds that live in my head.

Speaking of Dark Angel - if you haven't met Gabriel Sullivan yet, you're in for a treat. He's the kind of possessive, morally gray anti-hero who'll have you questioning everything you thought you knew about good and bad. When readers tell me they stayed up until 3 AM because they couldn't put his story down, I just smile and say "Welcome to the dark side." (We have cookies. And very attractive criminals.)

My latest series, Chicago Ruthless, kicks off with Sinful, where you'll meet Dante Moretti - a Cosa Nostra boss who gives new meaning to the phrase "playing with fire." I write unapologetically dark stories that explore the shadows of human nature and the intense connections that form in the most unlikely places. My characters aren't your typical romance novel leads - they're complicated, often morally questionable, and always intense. The women are strong-willed and fierce, the men are dangerous and dominant, and the chemistry between them is explosive.

When I'm not writing about dangerous men and the women who tame them (sort of), you can find me binge-watching true crime documentaries for "research" (my browser history would terrify most people), spoiling my rescue cat Princess Stabby (yes, that's really her name - there's a story there!), or adding to my collection of fancy teas that I swear I'll drink someday.
