Hey there, dark romance lovers! I'm Tracy Lorraine, and I write the kind of steamy, twisted stories that'll keep you up way past your bedtime (sorry not sorry about those dark circles under your eyes tomorrow).

Let me tell you a secret - I never actually planned to become an author. There I was, living my perfectly ordinary life in the UK, when these characters started taking up residence in my head. They were loud, demanding, and absolutely refused to shut up until I gave them a voice. So really, I didn't choose the writing life - it chose me, grabbed me by the throat, and wouldn't let go.

I write dark romance because, let's be honest, the best stories happen in the shadows. My heroes? They're not your typical knight-in-shining-armor types. They're more like knights in blood-stained armor who probably caused most of the damage themselves. And my heroines? Strong women who can hold their own in this dangerous world I've created (even if they sometimes want to strangle their love interests... can you blame them?).

You might know me from my recent releases like "Legend" and "Savage" - books that explore those deliciously complicated relationships between characters who really shouldn't work together but somehow do. Take "Paine" for example - nothing quite like childhood best friends turned enemies to really get the angst flowing, right? (And boy, do I love me some angst!)

My writing style? It's intense, emotional, and sometimes a bit messy - just like real life. I don't shy away from the darker aspects of relationships or the complicated grey areas that make us human. If you're looking for squeaky-clean romance, you might want to look elsewhere. But if you love complex characters, scorching chemistry, and plots that'll make your heart race (and occasionally break), then pull up a chair - you're in the right place.

When I'm not torturing my characters (it's done with love, I promise), I'm probably binge-watching true crime documentaries (research, obviously), drinking way too much coffee, or plotting my next series. I'm a firm believer that the best stories come from those quiet moments when you're supposed to be doing something else entirely - like sleeping. Some of my best plot twists have come to me at 3 AM (much to my family's confusion when they find me frantically typing in the dark).

To my readers - you beautiful, twisted souls - thank you for joining me in this dark little corner of romance. Your messages, theories, and occasional death threats when I leave you on a cliffhanger (I deserve them, I know) make this whole journey worthwhile.
